Weight Machines VS. Free Weights

Today we are going to talk about weight machines vs. free weights. They’re both forms of resistance training and both really good for you and have major benefits (that I’ve talked about in previous videos and that I can talk more about if you’re interested in a future video), however, there are some key differences between the two different forms of weight lifting so I wanted to spread the word!
